Introduction
This is a review of the Starbucks by Nespresso House Blend coffee for the Original Line machine. This coffee should be brewed as a Lungo size coffee. This coffee uses 100% arabicas and contains 5.7 grams of coffee per capsule.
Aroma
The Starbucks by Nespresso House Blend coffee doesn’t really have a strong aroma at all. It’s really hard to distinguish any aroma whatsoever. Probably a cocoa aroma to it, but very light.
Taste
The Starbucks by Nespresso House Blend coffee has a slightly nutty taste to it and it is sweet on the tongue. The coffee has notes of over roasting, and it also feels thin in the mouth. This is a medium intensity coffee and is the strongest Lungo from Starbucks by Nespresso. I’m also getting a bitter/sour aftertaste to it, which is not that great.
Result
The Starbucks by Nespresso House Blend coffee is a nice Lungo if you want a stronger Lungo. The down side is that there is a bit of over roasting notes to it and the bitter/sour aftertaste.
