Introduction
This is a review of the Coffee capsule Starbucks by Nespresso Decaf Espresso Roast. One of a number of Nespresso Original Line capsules made by Starbucks by Nespresso.
Aroma
The Starbucks by Nespresso Decaf Espresso Roast has a caramel aroma to it and a sense of smokiness to it. I wonder if it is over roasted?
Taste
The Starbucks Decaf Espresso Roast is first sweet on the tongue, and then has a light bitter aftertaste. The taste is intense, and a little overpowering.
Result
The Starbucks by Nespresso Decaf Espresso Roast is an awesome decaffeinated coffee that you can slurp and gulp and keep enjoying! It is great as an alternative to Nespresso coffees.
NOTE: If you are comparing to any of the Nespresso OL coffees, the Nespresso coffees in my opinion are of much better taste quality than the Starbucks by Nespresso coffees. So you may end up just “trying” Starbucks by Nespresso and then returning to the reliable Nespresso coffees!

Thank you for all your reviews Alvin! This morning I had my Napoli. I will say I drink everything over ice, unseated almond milk, topped off with either half n half/heavy cream,. Yum. One So Cal gets colder, I will switch to hot. = )
