Introduction
The Nespresso Ispirazione Venezia is one of the latest new Gran Cru capsules just introduced by Nespresso. It is made from both Brazilian Arabica, with high-grown Columbian Arabica and a touch of African Robusta. The Venezia has an intensity of 8 and can be brewed either as an espresso or ristretto sized cup.

Aroma
The Ispirazione Venezia has sugary roasted aroma to it, almost like caramel or vanilla, and it’s a very nice aroma. So maybe candy-like. When brewed as a ristretto, the same aromas are present.

Taste
The Nespresso Ispirazione Venezia has a caramel like taste, slightly bitter but very nice indeed. The bitterness lingers, but again it is very nice.
When brewed as a ristretto sized cup, the Venezia is very sweet and has light bitter after notes. The ristretto sized cup seems like a better way to drink it, because the sweetness is very nice.
Result
The result of the review is that the Nespresso Ispirazione Venezia is a nice new addition to the line of Nespresso Gran Cru capsules. It’s definitely an intense brew, because you can taste that strong coffee. Because of the slight caramel taste to it, I would not like it personally as a coffee to drink regularly, and that is just because I’m not fond of caramel flavor.
